Shall not be appointed or act as Sessions Court Judge or Magistrate.

Cannot
be nominated for elections and / or be representative (lose eligibility
to be member or hold any post in association).

Cannot
be nominated or elected to or holding or exercising the office of
Counciilor of a Local Authority.

Cannot
maintain any action except with sanction of DGI.

Cannot
leave the country except with DGI’s or court’s permission.

Cannot
enter into or carry on any business or act as director or take part
in the management of company except with DGI’s or court permission.

Cannot
work with spouse, family or relatives’ company except with DGI’s
or court permission.

Not
allowed to make loan exceeding RM1,000.00 without informing the lender
that he was a bankrupt.
