Please note that the application with supporting documents shall be

If you are not sure of which branch is administering your case, you
may conduct bankruptcy search.
The DGI should be supplied with:

the
reasons for the proposed trip;
-
the
names of the countries you propose to visit;
-
the
date you intend to leave Malaysia;
-
the
date you intend to return to Malaysia;
-
details
of the itinerary and any overseas contact details;
-
the
name of the person paying for the trip, the cost of the trip, and
a confirming letter from that person;

readily be contacted;

The DGI must have adequate time and information to consider your request.

placed on your travel.
The DGI may refuse consent where the bankrupt’s presence is necessary
for the proper and efficient administration of the bankruptcy.
If consent is granted, the DGI must do so in writing before departure.
If you are not satisfied with the DGI’s decision, you may appeal
to the DGI with new / extra grounds for your application. The appeal
to the DGI can only be made once. If you are not satisfied with the
DGI’s decision on your application or your appeal, you may appeal
to the court against the DGI.
